With a Care Plan, we catch it first — before you get there.

It depends on scope. Landing is a fixed €650, Business starts at €1,190 and scales with how many pages you need, and Custom is scoped individually on a short call — always with a clear price and no hidden costs.
Landing sites are usually live in 1–2 weeks, Business in 2–3 weeks. Custom builds are scoped individually depending on complexity.
A little time for an initial call and feedback at one or two points along the way — we handle everything technical.
Only where the work actually requires it — for example your Google Business profile, or domain/hosting. Always a limited role (like Manager), never your personal password, and only for as long as that specific task takes.
Not necessarily. We write the copy ourselves, based on what you tell us about your business. Real photos of your business always look more professional, so we recommend using your own — if they’re not ready yet, we start with stock and swap them in later.
Yes — the domain is yours from day one, and you get full ownership of the code once the project is paid in full. There’s no lock-in: if you ever want to work with someone else, you take everything with you.
The code is clean and well organised, so it’s technically possible. In practice, most clients prefer to have us make changes through a Care Plan — faster, and no risk of breaking something.
If something we built breaks or stops working, we fix it — that’s always free, no matter what. For new changes or updates going forward, you can join a Care Plan (see above) or just ask for a one-off quote — either way, you deal directly with Reno, personally.
Things like swapping a photo, updating a price or opening hours, fixing a typo, adding a testimonial — small content changes. New pages or a design overhaul are scoped separately.
Sure — extra updates are €15 each. If you find yourself needing more most months, it’s usually cheaper to move up a tier instead — happy to help you figure out which one fits.
An update you don’t use carries over to the next month, so you never lose what you’re paying for. It doesn’t stack up indefinitely though — only one month ahead.
It’s only for sites we built ourselves — we need to know the code inside out to make safe, fast changes.
